Tel Aviv for us is a city of new opportunities, baldness and originality. A city of free imagination, ground breaking pioneers, unique style, openness and directness. A fun city to live and create in. We locate, develop and build our projects out of love, understanding and intimate knowledge of the city and its vision – no stopping, no fixations, just movement forward, initiating, leading and creating. Being at the right spot at the right time, a moment before the rest. This baldness, visionary and strive to excellence led Ran Blinkis, a Tel Aviv native and owner of City Boy to open the am-pm market chain, which changed and revolutionized the retail environment and the ways in which Tel Avivians do their shopping.
As an ambitious and dynamic company, we have extensive experience in locating and picking projects at pioneering locations with added value and turning them to areas of demand. Among others, the group has developed projects on Allenby and Herbert Samuel, the American Colony (Keren), Yizhak Sade project, Herzl , Salame and the southern part of the city, all now the trendiest locations in the city. We have extensive and varied experience in building hundreds of apartments and commercial spaces, all with the most detailed designs, richest selection of amenities and on the shortest time schedules. We collaborate with the Elite of Israel’s architects, designers and advisors. Together with them, City Boy offers an urban, innovative and advances living experience, striving to turn each of our projects into a Tel Avivian icon.
